Project Name - Troppo Restaurant

Project Description - Upon his acquisition of the One Michigan Avenue building, developer and restaurantuer Kris Elliott devised a plan to take his signature establishment, Troppo, up another level.  The new built building will more than double in space and add significantly more outdoor dining, banquet and reception space, and a new decor.  Back filling the old Troppo space will be "Tavern on the Square" one of Kris's other downtown establishments.

Project Cost - $1,200,000

Expected Completion Date - November 2009

Public Incentive - $440,000 - Business Finanance Assistance Loan
