Development Company - Gillespie GroupProject Description - The Gillespie Group purchased and will redevelop the site of the old Lansing City Market. Their vision is to make better use of the riverfront and proximity to entertainment venues with several buildings of residential, retail, and commercial office. The project itself will greatly increase the available housing and retail options in Lansing's "Stadium District" and will be the district's centerpiece development.
