Project Description - Developer Scott Gillespie purchased the four store fronts that occupied the Southern East end of the 300 block of South Washington Square.  Formerly office over retail space, Mr. Gillespie transformed the offices into nine loft style for rent apartments, replete with high end amenities, exposed brick surfaces, on site parking, and high ceilings.  The exterior of the buildings got a complete make over along with brand new signage for the retail tenants.
