Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. Workshop is an 8 session, 2 hours per session includes problem-solving and exercises. Workshop is lead by trained coaches and a snack is provided. No fee but donations are accepted. Enrollment limited to 12 participants. After the second week no new participants allowed. 2 hr session each week No Fee, donations accepted. Enrollment limited to 12 people. No one admitted after the 2nd session. To register call 517-699-1864 or 517-484-9495.
